Qualifications

• Proficiency with process analysis tools such as flowcharting and value stream mapping.
• Experience working in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvements using data analysis and engineering principles.
• Collaborate with production staff and management for smooth implementation of new procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance and recommended changes.
• Assist in the design and layout of production lines and equipment configurations.
• Monitor the effectiveness of changes and adjust as needed.
