Job summary

Avery Dennison is offering two Indirect Procurement Intern positions at its European Headquarters in Oegstgeest. The program runs 6 months starting 15 February, with at least 2 days on-site per week and up to 3 days remote.

You will work with Category Managers on MRO, Facility and Freight spend, learning RFPs, market intelligence, and contract management. Ideal candidates are enrolled at a Dutch university, pursuing a related degree, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for the entire duration of the internship.
• Currently enrolled at a Dutch university.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end RFI/RFQ/RFP processes.
• Perform bid analysis using total cost of ownership models.
• Conduct market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
• Assist in drafting commercial terms and participating in negotiations.
• Coordinate contract approvals between Legal, Finance and Procurement.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders in SAP Ariba.
• Extract, clean and analyze spend data for reports.
• Develop dashboards to visualize KPIs like supplier performance and contract expiries.
