Job summary

FrieslandCampina seeks a Global Statistical Demand Specialist to elevate global statistical demand planning. You will drive adoption, improve forecasts, and embed best practices across markets, reporting to the Global Forecasting Lead in Amersfoort.

You’ll work with a data-driven team to leverage AI/ML and advanced analytics, aligning forecasting with supply chain goals, inventory optimization, and service levels. Hybrid work and a strong benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (data, analytics, statistics).
• Affinity with data, analytics and statistics with willingness to develop these capabilities.
• Understanding of customer supply chain and demand planning processes.
• Business savvy with ability to understand market dynamics across FrieslandCampina.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; English required, Dutch optional.

Responsibilities

• Drive global adoption of statistical forecasting across FrieslandCampina's planning community.
• Create and continuously improve robust statistical baseline forecasts for different business segments and markets.
• Collaborate with local Demand Planning teams to embed forecasting in daily planning and decision making.
• Partner with Data Science and Digital teams to enhance forecasting models using AI/ML capabilities.
