JPGray - Netherlands is seeking a Global HR Operations Manager to lead and evolve the international HR Operations function from Amsterdam. The role requires senior leadership across multiple management layers and a focus on delivering an excellent employee experience while driving operational excellence.

The candidate will partner with Payroll, HR Technology and Centres of Expertise, shaping global HR service delivery and transformation initiatives in a high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global HR Operations organisation through Team Leads and managers.
• Drive operational excellence across all HR Operations activities.
• Develop leaders and build high-performing, engaged teams.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the People function.
• Define, monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs and service standards.
• Use workforce data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead global HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with Payroll, HR Technology, HR Advisory and Centres of Expertise.
• Champion employee experience through efficient and scalable HR service delivery.
