Job summary

Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) seeks a Senior Manager Finance in Amsterdam to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with automated dashboards. You will guide day-to-day finance operations, provide line management and partner with budget holders to optimise resource allocation.

Remote and/or hybrid work is available within CET hours. The role requires 5+ years in a senior finance position, a Finance degree and an accounting qualification, plus strong Power BI and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Experience delivering finance process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycle with automated dashboards and clear recommendations.
• Lead finance process improvements and automation using digital tools and AI.
• Maintain financial controls and external reporting including IFRS for SMEs.
• Provide line management and oversee day-to-day finance operations and close.
• Act as finance business partner to budget holders for informed resource allocation.
