Job summary

Nedap in Groenlo is seeking a Tech Area Lead Data to shape the technical vision and strategy for data across the Livestock domain. You will lead a cross-disciplinary team including Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Analysts to build scalable data platforms and pipelines.

The role emphasizes guiding architecture decisions, ensuring coherence and future-proofing, and translating business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Data experience in Data Science/Engineering.
• Leadership experience in a technical team.
• Ability to develop technical vision and roadmap.
• Good command of English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement the data architectural vision for the Livestock domain.
• Develop and maintain the data roadmap and platform strategy.
• Coach and align Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and CV Engineers.
• Guide teams to extract insights and build scalable, high-quality data solutions.
• Collaborate with the Tech Leadership Team to translate strategy into action.
