Job summary

Nedap seeks a Tech Area Lead Data to shape the technical vision for data within Livestock. You will guide data platforms, pipelines and analysis to extract scalable value from data in the cloud and at the edge, spanning IoT, computer vision and hardware.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Computer Vision Engineers to turn data into valuable insights and robust, future-ready solutions for farmers worldwide.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Data Science and/or Data Engineering.
• Experience leading data teams and shaping data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the technical vision and roadmap for Data.
• Ensure coherence, scalability and future-proofing of data solutions.
• Provide guidance to data disciplines and align teams with the data vision.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, data analysts and computer vision engineers.
• Create sustainable technical solutions and working methods.
