Job summary

Michael Page in Den Bosch is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Employee to monitor and process inbound/outbound shipments, create shipping documents and invoices, and coordinate orders from placement to delivery.

You will communicate with clients across EMEA by phone or email, resolve delivery issues, and collaborate with warehouse, sales, finance and IT to optimise operations. This role offers a 32-hour hybrid schedule with a permanent contract and the possibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• Some experience or interest in logistics and customer service within the retail industry.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A Successful Customer Service Logistics Professional Should Have

We are located in Den Bosch and the headquarters for EMEA. In total we work with 15 colleagues and our production location is located in Taiwan. We are part of a multinational and sell high value goods. You will be working in the logistics department together with 1 colleague and make sure all processes are run smoothly.
