Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• 3–5 years in a complex B2B order management, logistics, or supply chain role.
• Experience with high-value, technical products is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order process from deal closure to final shipment across Europe.
• Coordinate with account managers, logistics teams and Asia-headquarters.
• Track orders, ensure accuracy and resolve order/shipment issues across systems.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
