Arvato is hiring a Corporate Recruiter for two Dutch locations, Puttershoek and Lelystad. You will own full-cycle recruitment, advise managers, and build talent pools to fill vacancies across two sites.

You will travel between locations, collaborate with HR colleagues, and be part of Arvato's central Recruitment Team, delivering results in a fast-growing, international environment. This role offers an engaging blend of onsite collaboration and remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is an advantage but not required.
• Experience managing vacancies independently and building stakeholder relationships.
• Experience sourcing and proactively approaching candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for two Dutch locations, Puttershoek and Lelystad.

• Actively source candidates and build talent pools for current and future vacancies.

• Visit headquarters in Gennep roughly monthly for meetings and knowledge sharing.
• Travel between Puttershoek and Lelystad as part of the role.

Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of vacancies, stakeholders and recruitment results? Do you like being visible on-site, advising managers and helping two fast-growing international operations grow their teams? Then this could be your next opportunity.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruitment at our locations in Puttershoek and Lelystad. You will divide your week between both locations, working closely with managers and HR colleagues while acting as their main recruitment partner. This role calls for someone who is confident, comfortable making independent decisions and energised by stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.

Arvato is an innovative global 3PL partner specialising in supply chain management and e-commerce solutions. In Puttershoek, you will support a growing international fashion operation, while in Lelystad, you will contribute to the development of one of our newest logistics locations for a technology customer. YOUR TASKS

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment process for our locations in Puttershoek and Lelystad. You will advise hiring managers on the most effective recruitment approach, build talent pools and ensure vacancies are filled successfully. Drawing on your experience, you will manage expectations, challenge stakeholders when needed and attract the right candidates.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment process, from the initial intake to the employment offer.


• Advising and challenging hiring managers on recruitment strategies, labour market developments and candidate selection.


• Actively sourcing candidates and building talent pools for current and future vacancies.


• Working with HR, sourcing and employer branding colleagues to reach the right target groups.


• Contributing to improvements in recruitment processes, candidate experience and employer branding.


• Working closely with the HR Advisors at both locations and being part of Arvato's central Recruitment Team.


• Acting as the dedicated recruitment partner and first point of contact for managers in Puttershoek and Lelystad.


• Visiting our headquarters in Gennep approximately once a month for meetings, knowledge sharing and collaboration with colleagues.

You will typically spend two days per week in Puttershoek, two days in Lelystad and one day working from home.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for an independent Corporate Recruiter who enjoys working in an international, fast-growing environment where ownership and stakeholder management are key.

As you will be responsible for two locations, a willingness to travel between Puttershoek and Lelystad is essential. Living within reasonable travelling distance of both locations would be an advantage.

You bring:

• HBO-level working and thinking ability, or equivalent.


• At least five years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment.


• Excellent command of English. Speaking Dutch is an advantage, but it is not a requirement.


• Experience managing vacancies independently and building strong relationships with stakeholders.


• Experience with sourcing and proactively approaching candidates.


• Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment processes.


• Availability to work at both the Puttershoek and Lelystad locations.


• A proactive, independent and results-oriented approach, combined with strong communication skills.


• Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations recruitment is an advantage.
