Job summary

Sowelo Consulting is seeking an Associate Account Executive to build client relationships and simplify technical concepts for Retail Industry partners.

The role blends sales prospecting, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and collaboration with internal teams to maximize retailer programs. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a requirement for German and English fluency and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer engagement.
• Fluent English and German language skills.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Execute retailer-led leads and assess suppliers' environments to tailor solutions.
• Act as a consultant and communicate value, timelines, and requirements.
• Drive adoption of retailer agreements through campaigns; upsell opportunities.
• Proactively contact customers using a consultative sales approach.
• Resolve objections and feed feedback to retailers.
