Job summary

Hunkemöller is expanding its AI Team in Hilversum and seeks a hands-on Automation/AI engineer. The role is hybrid, with time split between the Hilversum office and home, and requires commuting distance to Hilversum.

You will build production agents using Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, or Anthropic models, and ensure safe, well-documented, and maintainable solutions. Strong communication across HR and department leads is valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building automation, e.g. RPA, Power Platform or workflow tools.
• Recent work on agents built on language models preferred.
• Experience with Python or TypeScript, APIs and system integration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio, Google Cloud agent tooling, or Anthropic models.

Responsibilities

• Assess automation opportunities and map processes to decide agent viability.
• Build production agents across Microsoft 365, Google Cloud or Anthropic models.
• Design for safe use with clear ownership and access controls.
• Run and maintain the agents, monitor outcomes and fixes.
• Onboard and train teams using agents and collect feedback.
