Job summary

InShared, a Dutch digital insurer, is expanding its AI capabilities. We seek an AI Engineer to partner with designers, developers and stakeholders to turn ideas into practical AI solutions, including chat and voice offerings.

You will help automate processes and spot new AI opportunities, contributing to a fast-paced, experiment-driven culture. We operate on a hybrid model; you will be in our Leusden office two days per week and work remotely the rest.

Qualifications

• A degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with developing and implementing AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or a similar tool.
• Cloud experience (Azure is a big plus).
• Nice if you have experience with n8n.
• Curiosity, guts, and the ability to make AI both practical and useful.
