Job summary

Hunkemöller B.V. is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and run AI agents that handle routine tasks across our workflows. The role involves mapping departmental work, assessing what an agent can take on, and delivering scalable agents on Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, and Anthropic platforms.

You will ensure safe, auditable usage, collaborate with HR and department leads, and help teams adopt these agents while maintaining data privacy and security practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building automation (RPA, Power Platform or workflow tools) and recent work on agents built on language models.

Responsibilities

• Assess automation opportunities: map a role's processes and decide quickly if an agent will be usable in daily work.
• Build production agents across Microsoft 365, Google Cloud or Anthropic models.
• Design for safe use: assign owner, limit write access with approval, and involve a responsible person for consequential actions.
• Run what you build: own monitoring, evaluation, maintenance and fixes.
• Support teams: onboard and train users and collect feedback.
• Reuse and document: create reusable building blocks and document agents for others.
• Cover for the team: back up the Creative AI Engineer when needed.
