Job summary

Hunkemöller, a fast-moving fashion retailer, is expanding its AI team in Hilversum. This hybrid role combines home and office work in Hilversum, Netherlands. You will join the AI Team Lead and contribute to production-grade agents built on language models across Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, and Anthropic platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automation development experience (RPA, Power Platform or workflow tools) with recent work on language-model agents.
• Experience with Python or TypeScript, APIs and system integration, and with Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio, Google Cloud agent tooling, or Anthropic models.
• Experience testing agent outputs, handling exceptions, and keeping humans in the loop where it matters.
• Ability to break down a role into tasks and estimate effort honestly.
• Understanding data access, privacy, and risks of agents altering business data.
• Clear English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess automation opportunities and decide quickly if an agent works in daily use.
• Build agents in Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, or Anthropic models.
• Design for safe use with owners and access controls.
• Own monitoring, evaluation, maintenance and fixes for delivered agents.
• Onboard and train teams, incorporate feedback.
• Turn patterns into reusable blocks and document agents.
• Back up the Creative AI Engineer to keep the team moving when someone is out.
