HousingAnywhere group. is seeking an Affiliate Manager to own the affiliate and partnerships channel across HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart.

This is a core individual contributor role for a mid‑level expert who can negotiate deals as well as debug tracking links. You will build the portfolio end to end: identify partners, negotiate terms, manage data integrations and attribution, and optimise performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of affiliate or partnership marketing experience.
• Commercially confident with real deals and partner accountability.
• Data‑driven with strong analytical skills.
• Hands‑on with tracking links, postbacks and attribution.
• English fluency required; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the affiliate and partnerships channel across HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart.
• Identify partners, negotiate terms, onboard and manage deals across network and direct partnerships.
• Manage tracking links, partner IDs, and UTM hygiene; collaborate with data engineering on attribution.
• Structure fixed‑fee, CPA, and hybrid deals; manage invoicing with Finance; track unit economics and ROAS.
• Standardise partner reporting and evaluate tooling to scale beyond spreadsheets.
• Improve partner performance through testing placements, landing pages and promotions.
• Grow creator and influencer partnerships from pilot to repeatable programmes.
