Job summary

HousingAnywhere is seeking an Affiliate Manager to own the affiliate and partnerships channel across HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart from Rotterdam. You will identify partners, negotiate terms, manage data integrations, and drive performance with end-to-end ownership.

You’ll track traffic, bookings, and revenue, optimize tracking links, and structure fixed-fee, CPA, and hybrid deals. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic partnership growth in a fast-growing marketplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in affiliate or partnership marketing, ideally within a high-growth marketplace, B2C platform, or scale-up environment.
• Commercially confident: negotiated real deals and held partners to them.
• Data-driven with Google Sheets and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the affiliate and partnerships channel across HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart—identify partners, outreach, negotiate terms, onboarding, and ongoing management.
• Run partner performance conversations: track traffic, bookings, and revenue, and lead discussions when numbers move.
• Own the tracking: manage tracking links, partner IDs, and UTM hygiene, coordinate with data engineering for attribution across platforms.
