Content Creators in Rotterdam is hiring an Affiliate Manager to own the affiliate and partnerships channel across HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart. You will source partners, negotiate terms, manage data integrations and drive performance.

This is a mid-level role with full ownership and direct conversations when needed. You will lead tracking, attribution, and reporting, collaborate with Finance on invoicing, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in affiliate or partnership marketing in a high-growth marketplace or similar
• Commercially confident with a track record of negotiating real deals and enforcing performance
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and comfortable with tracking and attribution

Responsibilities

• Own the affiliate and partnerships channel across HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart, including partner onboarding and ongoing commercial management
• Lead partner performance conversations based on traffic, bookings and revenue metrics
• Manage tracking links, partner IDs and UTM hygiene; collaborate with data engineering on attribution across platforms
• Structure and manage fixed-fee, CPA and hybrid deals; oversee invoicing and unit economics with Finance
• Build a scalable operating layer with standardized partner reporting and efficient tooling decisions
• Optimize partner performance via placements, landing pages and calendars to drive incremental revenue
• Grow creator and influencer partnerships from pilot to repeatable programs with clear terms and tracking
