What You’ll Do

Are you a dynamic HR professional looking to grow within a human-size international company? PAC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead, innovate, and shape the employee experience at PAC Netherlands while working as a part of the Global HR Team.

As our HR Manager, you’ll act as a business partner to department leaders, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talents. You’ll oversee all local HR functions, including:

• Employment & Recruitment
• Labor Relations & Work Council Collaboration
• Organizational Development & Talent Management
• Employee Engagement & Services

You’ll work closely with leaders to understand their business goals and deliver HR support, while ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
