A leading tattoo removal network in the Netherlands seeks an HR Business Partner to establish HR foundations and policies for their growing international organization. About Undo

Undo aims to become Europe’s leading, high‑quality tattoo removal network, driven by a shared vision of clinical excellence and customer care. Currently, we are the market leader in the Netherlands with six clinics and in Scandinavia with 12 clinics under the Rethink brand, employing approximately 40 people. We are in a rapid growth phase, planning to expand from 18 to more than 60 clinics by 2029, primarily through international growth in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Belgium.

About the role

As the first hands‑on HR Business Partner, you will lay the HR foundation for our dynamic, international organisation. You will act as a strategic partner for management and translate international organisational and personnel issues into concrete HR policies, while also handling day‑to‑day administration.

In this role

• Advise management on strategic HR themes
• Develop and implement HR policy
• Recruit all new colleagues, including international hires
• Guide and develop the performance‑management cycle
• Advise on employment conditions and labour‑law matters
• Perform operational HR tasks for up‑to‑date administration
• Collaborate with the CFO to oversee payroll and benefit programs across multiple European jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with HR legislation in all European markets

Additional projects

• Design organisational structure, including roles and responsibilities
• Recruit key central roles
• Integrate international HR activities
• Implement HR software and tools

Working arrangements

You will work remotely or from our offices/clinics in the Netherlands, and will also visit clinics in Scandinavia and England regularly.

Reporting structure

You will initially report to Sera, CEO of Undo Netherlands, and collaborate closely with Bernard, CFO of Undo Netherlands, and Gustav, CEO of Rethink in Sweden.

What we are looking for

• Completed Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in HRM
• At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR Business Partner role; experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, or health business is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Swedish and other languages are a plus
• Flexible to travel within the Netherlands and occasionally internationally
• Experience in setting up and building an HR department in an international environment
• Knowledge of Dutch labour law and a broad understanding of EU labour laws
• Hands‑on mentality with the ability to switch between strategy and operations
• Context‑aware: able to build while integrating into the existing organisation
