Undo | Tattoo Removal is seeking an enthusiastic office manager to be the friendly first point of contact for clients across our Amsterdam clinics. You’ll ensure every client feels heard and supported, and you’ll drive a consistently high-class client experience.

Based in downtown Amsterdam, you’ll collaborate with teams in the Netherlands, Sweden, and the UK to grow our client base and optimize day-to-day operations.

Competenze

• Experience in customer support, preferably in the beauty, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A business-oriented mindset with good computer skills.
• An interest in tattoo removal.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented office manager who thrives on interacting with clients; you will be the driving force behind a consistent, high-quality, and distinctive client experience. As an office manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll ensure that every client feels heard and supported, and you’ll play an essential role in expanding our client base. This position supports our six clinics in the Netherlands, where 28 skin therapists and one esthetician work. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues in Sweden and the UK on a daily basis. You’ll be based at one of our two clinics in downtown Amsterdam.

What You Bring

• Experience in customer support, preferably in the beauty, retail, or hospitality industry;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• A business-oriented mindset;
• Good computer skills;
• An interest in tattoo removal.
