Job summary

CAPE Holland, a CAPE Holland group company, seeks an HSSEQ Manager to drive safety, quality and compliance across design and offshore projects. You will lead HSSEQ processes, develop management systems and guide audits while promoting a strong safety culture.

With international exposure and a hands-on approach, you will engage stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance and support tendering and project execution efforts. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 3–5 years HSSEQ experience in related industries.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards and ISO auditing.
• Experience with national and international safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSEQ processes and ensure regulatory compliance across CAPE Holland.
• Drive safety, quality and compliance within design and offshore projects.
• Develop and maintain management systems and audit programs.
• Promote safety culture and provide HSSEQ training.
