Job summary

CAPE Holland, a Venterra group company based in Beilen, seeks an HSSEQ Manager to lead safety, quality and compliance across engineering and offshore projects. You will shape the HSSEQ framework and ensure regulatory alignment across the organisation, contributing to safer, more efficient operations.

The role demands a proactive, hands‑on professional with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions in an international setting.

Qualifications

• HBO bachelor working level in Health & Safety or MVK certification.
• 3–5 years HSSEQ experience in a relevant industry.
• Experience with quality management systems, HSE legislation, risk management and ISO auditing.
• Knowledge of national and international HSSEQ regulations and standards including VCA‑VOL.
• Ability to take full HSSEQ responsibility and accountability.
• Strong communication and collaboration across all levels; fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve HSSEQ policies, procedures and integrated management systems.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, client requirements and ISO standards.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; drive corrective actions.
• Conduct audits, inspections and quality controls; monitor performance.
• Provide HSSEQ support during tendering and project execution phases.
• Engage external stakeholders and auditors; promote a strong safety culture.
