Job summary

Fastned is seeking an HSE Officer for the Netherlands and Belgium to own safety culture, training, and field execution across sites. You will serve as the on-the-ground HSE representative, driving campaigns, training, and engagement with contractors and authorities to improve safety performance.

You will report to the Head of HSE and collaborate with the Electrical Safety Engineer and other teams across Europe, while maintaining compliance with Dutch and Belgian HSE legislation and leading

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HSE experience.
• Knowledge of HSE legislation for the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Strong incident investigation and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own HSE culture and training for NL & BE across markets.
• Lead HSE communication and awareness strategy for the department.
• Deliver toolbox talks and hands-on HSE support to teams and contractors.
• Coordinate incident reporting and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Use data and dashboards to monitor performance and guide decisions.
