Job summary

ING is offering an internship in Retail NL HRBP, where you gain hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, strategic HR delivery, and content creation. You’ll work with experienced HR Business Partners and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

You will develop PowerPoint presentations, prepare HR materials, and help plan meetings and workshops, while supporting BAU HR activities and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Organisational and coordination skills.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Clear communication and structured writing.
• A background in HR is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Coordination: support planning, execution, and tracking of an HR project.
• Coordinate stakeholders, follow up on actions, and help maintain project timelines.
• Prepare project artefacts such as planning overviews, meeting summaries, and stakeholder maps.
• Assist in the organisation of meetings and workshops.
