Job summary

Albert Heijn is seeking a Technical Integration Consultant to keep our HR landscape running for 100,000+ colleagues. You will guide solution design, translate business requests into technical designs, and lead end-to-end integrations with a DevOps team.

You’ll ensure alignment across Product Owners, developers and architects in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work on HR apps, data flows from planning to e-commerce, and help build a future-proof HR technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience with technical integrations in HR Tech or other complex IT environments.
• Affinity with Microsoft Azure and GitHub; hands-on experience is a plus.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, event streaming, batch vs. real-time data flows, and OAuth/SSO.
• Team-player with DevOps mindset; able to bridge functional and technical questions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate sessions between stakeholders and Tech colleagues (Product Owners, developers, architects).
• Translate business requests into clear, workable technical designs.
• Guide end-to-end design, build, test and deployment of integrations with the DevOps team.
• Keep the technical big picture and ensure end-to-end solution fits functionally and technically.
• Ensure all teams are aligned, engaged and informed throughout the process.
• Contribute to daily maintenance and continuous improvement of integrations and HR apps.
