Job summary

XD Connects B.V. is seeking a senior HR technology lead to design and implement the HR technology foundation for Solo, combining three legacy entities into one Europe-wide platform.

You will own the HR systems landscape, drive data governance, and partner with IT, Finance, and HR leads to deliver scalable solutions that serve HR, leaders and colleagues across Europe. You will evaluate and implement HRIS, payroll integrations, and tools for performance, talent and recruitment, while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• Selected and implemented HR systems, ideally in a multi-entity or post-merger environment.
• Love data and systems integration; be the bridge between HR and IT.
• Listen, ask the right questions and translate business needs into technology choices.

Responsibilities

• Map the HR systems landscape across three legacy companies and create a consolidated HR technology roadmap.
• Lead implementation and migration of core systems, including HRIS and payroll integrations, plus performance, talent and recruitment tools.
• Build scalable solutions and bring AI where it adds real value in recruitment, onboarding, analytics and employee self-service.
