Job summary

bloom Hörakustik in Den Haag zoekt een enthousiaste HR Officer die een sleutelrol speelt in de HR-operaties voor Oorwerk en andere WSA-entiteiten. Je ondersteunt medewerkers en managers gedurende de volledige werknemerscyclus en werkt aan de professionalisering van HR-processen.

De ideale kandidaat heeft een bachelor in Human Resource Management en 3-5 jaar ervaring in HR-ondersteuning. De functie omvat een hybride werkmodel en draagt bij aan een inclusieve werkervaring.

Qualifications

• 3-5 jaar relevante HR-ondersteuning of HR-operatie-ervaring.
• Kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en sociale wetgeving.
• Ervaring met HR-administratie en payrollprocessen.

Responsibilities

• Verwerken van medewerkerswijzigingen en het bijhouden van nauwkeurige werknemersrecords.
• Voorbereiden van arbeidscontracten, contractverlengingen en andere HR-documenten.
• Coördineren van onboarding- en offboardingprocessen.
• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen van werknemers.
• Beheren van verzuimadministratie.
• Beheren van payrolladministratie en zorgen voor tijdige indiening van wijzigingen.
• Ondersteunen van jaarlijkse HR-processen zoals prestatiebeoordelingen en salarisverhogingen.
• Bijdragen aan HR-projecten en verbeterinitiatieven.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and accurate HR Officer with a hands‑on and service‑oriented mindset. You will become part of the Benelux HR team and contribute to creating a smooth and professional employee experience across Oorwerk and other WSA entities.

What you will do

As HR Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate HR operations for Oorwerk and other WSA entities in the Benelux. You will support employees and managers throughout the employee journey and contribute to further professionalizing and standardizing our HR processes.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Process employee changes and maintaining accurate employee records
• Preparing employment contracts, contract extensions, and other HR documentation
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR‑related employee questions
• Managing sickness absence administration
• Managing payroll administration and ensure timely submission of changes
• Supporting annual HR processes such as performance reviews, salary increases, and bonus rounds
• Maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook
• Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

This hybrid role is based in The Hague (Oorwerk).

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree level, preferably in Human Resource Management
• 3–5 years of relevant HR support or HR operations experience
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law and social legislation
• Experience with HR administration and payroll processes

Personal competencies

• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Able to maintain oversight and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with employees and managers at different levels
• Proactive, hands‑on, and service‑oriented mindset
• Good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
