Qualifications

• You are an HBO/WO student within HR, Management or related studies with HR affinity.
• You are willing to gain experience in a large international consultancy in HR.

Responsibilities

• Help optimize HR processes and contribute ideas for improvements.
• Support onboarding events and help new joiners feel at home with Accenture's culture.
• Assist in career guidance initiatives and talent supply & demand projects.
• Support the performance cycle and other HR activities as needed.
