Job summary

IZICO Katwijk B.V. is seeking a proactive HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure accurate employee administration and help employees and managers navigate HR processes and systems.

You will work closely with colleagues across HR and the wider business. Responsibilities include onboarding, contract changes, data maintenance in Workday, first-line Workday support, and producing employment documents.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR administration.
• Experience working with HR information systems; Workday experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and discreet handling of confidentiality.
• Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and other HR systems.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR operational questions and requests.
• Own first-line Workday support and coordinate issue resolution.
• Prepare employment documents and HR correspondence.
• Collaborate with Payroll and other stakeholders to resolve HR operational matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Create process documentation and guidelines.
