BYD Europe is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the employee lifecycle, onboard new hires and handle HR documentation in a dynamic European team. The role emphasizes precise data handling, compliance with UK data protection, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

You will coordinate contracts, onboarding checks, probation tracking and HR reporting, leveraging advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets while ensuring confidentiality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Officer or HR Administrator role.
• Fluency in Chinese and English to communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP and data handling.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters and amendments.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding arrangements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure UK data protection compliance.
• Support probation, transfers and general HR projects as required.
