An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading international food service and hospitality organisation based in Amsterdam.This is a key role for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working across both strategic and operational areas, supporting employees and stakeholders within a fast-paced, international environment.

The Role

• Manage and deliver a broad range of HR activities across the business

About You

• Fluent or native Dutch speaker with excellent English communication skills
• Proven experience working within an international organisation, ideally within hospitality, catering, food service, or a similar fast-paced environment
• A well-rounded HR professional who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple prioritiesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
