Healthcare & Medical Construction | Scale-up | Almere
Our client is a fast-growing group of companies specialising in innovative solutions for healthcare institutions, cleanrooms, and laboratories, combining craftsmanship, technical expertise, and reliability into end-to-end project delivery. With around 150 employees and revenues approaching €100M, they are a well-established player entering a pivotal new chapter.
Backed by Private Equity and with serious ambitions for further growth, the organisation is actively professionalising its operations across the board. HR has historically been a lean function and that is exactly what makes this role so interesting. You are not walking into a finished product; you are walking into a genuine opportunity to build something that matters.
As HR Manager, you take full ownership of the entire HR domain across a multi-entity group. This is a standalone role (for now, with additional team members to be hired) with real scope: strategic, tactical and operational, all at once. You will be the sparring partner for the executive team and line managers on organisational and people topics, while simultaneously ensuring that payroll, admin, and daily HR operations run like clockwork.
This role is for someone who gets energy from building. You thrive in environments where the blueprint is still being drawn, where your initiative actually shapes things, and where you can see the direct impact of your work. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and you know that in a phase like this, the best HR leaders are the ones who lead by doing.
