Responsibilities

• Execute core HR transactions across the lifecycle, including data updates, onboarding, contracts, and leaves.
• Monitor and audit employee data in HR and vendor systems to ensure payroll/benefits accuracy.
• Provide responsive, empathetic support to employees’ HR queries via ServiceNow.
• Identify process improvements and document procedures to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies across the region.
