Job summary

ICC - International Criminal Court is seeking a Human Resources Learning & Development professional for The Hague. The role supports the design, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives aligned with organizational needs, and administers the Court’s Learning Management System to ensure accessible, auditable training records.

You will build strong partnerships across the HR Organization Development unit, guiding staff and managers in HR policies and development programs.

Qualifications

Education: Advanced degree in HR management or related area.
Experience: minimum two years in HR management, learning programs, or related area.
Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

Support designing, coordinating and delivering learning initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
Conduct learning needs assessments with internal stakeholders.
Administer, configure and maintain the LMS for accessibility and reporting.
Provide guidance on HR policies and facilitate training and development activities.
Analyses HR data and generates reports to inform improvements.
Collaborate with managers and staff to deliver effective HR services.
