The International Criminal Court in The Hague seeks an experienced ICT leader to head the Information Management Services Section for a short-term appointment. You will guide data, voice, and video communications, and oversee infrastructure projects and vendor contracts to support all Court activities.

The role requires an advanced degree in Telecommunications or Information Systems, at least five years in related tech fields, and proven project-management credentials.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum five years of experience in telecommunication, audio-video, messaging or networking systems.
• Experience leading technical scope of works, evaluating proposals and managing contracts.
• Certification in PRINCE2 or PMI is required; ITIL/COBIT is required.
• Knowledge of languages; Proficiency in English. French/others asset.

Responsabilités

• Plan, lead and supervise the Technology and Communications Team for data, voice and video.
• Prepare workload schedules and align with guidelines.
• Oversee installation of ICT core infrastructure and ensure secure environment.
• Develop technical specifications and evaluate bids for communications services.
• Lead contract management with vendors and international partners.
