Job summary

The International Criminal Court in The Hague is seeking a professional for a Short-Term Appointment in Human Resources, reporting to the Learning and Development officer. The incumbent will perform functions under supervision of the HR Officer and support HR management and learning initiatives during the assignment period.

The role is strictly short-term with no renewal guarantee and may include a lower grade as per ICC policies. Applicants with experience in HR learning programs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in HR, business, public administration, social sciences or law.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and use of databases is required. Certification in HR fields is desirable.
