Job summary

The International Criminal Court in The Hague invites applications for a Learning and Development specialist in the HR Organizational Development Unit. This short-term appointment focuses on designing, coordinating and delivering learning initiatives aligned with organizational needs.

You will administer the Court’s LMS, monitor training records, and provide guidance to vendors and staff while supporting broader HR services and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in HR management, business or public administration, social sciences, law or related area.
• Two years (four years with a first-level degree) of relevant HR experience required.
• Knowledge of HR systems (SAP) and databases; certification in HR fields desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic HR initiatives in workplace culture, learning and development, leadership development and employee engagement.
• Interprets and applies ICC HR policies, rules and procedures; communicates these via workshops and trainings.
• Tracks HR data and prepares analytical reports; proposes HR process improvements.
• Maintains relations with staff to support effective HR service delivery.
• Coordinates learning and development programmes; ensures training records for reporting and audit.
