Job summary

Valcon is offering an HR internship in the Netherlands, where you will be part of the HR team from day one. You will learn from experienced professionals and work in a young, ambitious group with a generous monthly stipend of €550.

The internship is flexible in duration and start date (September, October or later), with hybrid working including the Utrecht office. Fluency in Dutch is required to participate actively in HR activities and onboarding.

Looking for an HR internship where you don't just observe, but truly become part of the team from day one?

At Valcon, you will learn from experienced HR professionals, join a young and ambitious team and receive an internship allowance of €550 per month. Fluency in Dutch is required for this internship.

During your internship, you'll have the opportunity to gain broad HR experience within an international consulting organisation. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals who will guide and challenge you and are happy to share their knowledge. At the same time, you'll have plenty of room to take initiative, develop yourself and contribute ideas on how we can continuously improve HR.

Whether you want to start in September, October or slightly later, we're happy to discuss the possibilities. The duration of your internship is also flexible and can be aligned with the requirements of your study programme.

What will you do?

During your internship, you'll fully participate in the day-to-day work of our HR team. Depending on your interests and learning goals, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience across different areas of HR.

For example, you will:

• Support the team with day-to-day HR activities;
• Contribute to HR processes and administration;
• Support the onboarding of new colleagues;
• Help answer HR-related questions from colleagues;
• Contribute ideas for improving HR processes;
• Support a variety of HR projects.

No two days are the same, and it's exactly this variety that will allow you to learn a lot during your internship.

You don't need to know everything yet. What matters most to us is that you're curious, take initiative and are eager to learn.
