Job summary

NH Hotel Group is seeking a passionate Human Resources Trainee for nhow Amsterdam RAI to support the People & Culture Manager and department heads. You will engage in recruitment, internal communications, and reporting, while contributing to exciting people-related projects and events.

You will learn how the hotel’s people operations function, from onboarding to training, with space to share ideas and drive innovative approaches within a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant HBO/Bachelor program in HR or Hospitality Management.
• Knowledge of the hotel industry or hospitality required.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to plan.
• Proactive, accurate and adaptable to challenges.
• Proficient in Canva and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vacancy websites and adjust vacancy texts.
• Evaluate applications and conduct job interviews.
• Organize presentations and tours for hospitality schools.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Participate in delivering various trainings.
• Work on people-related projects and initiatives.
• Keep personnel administration up to date.
