Overview

As an HR Intern at HAL Allergy, you will support the HR department with a wide range of operational and administrative activities while actively contributing to the further professionalization of HR within an international and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects focused on improving HR processes, internal communication, and operational efficiency.
• Support the development of internal communication materials.
• Assist in the analysis of HR data and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Participate in HR projects related to digitalization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Map and improve existing HR processes to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency of HR workflows.
• Support the continued digitalization of HR processes.
• Improve internal HR communication for employees and managers.
• Ensure HR information is clear, accessible, and easy to understand.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience throughout the employee journey.
• Reduce administrative workload through process optimization.
• Explore opportunities for standardization and automation.
• Contribute to efficient, high‑quality, customer‑focused HR services.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and work accurately and proactively.
• Affinity for HR systems, data analysis, and digitalization.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
