Job summary

LG in Amstelveen is looking for an HR Intern who will support the HR Team with various tasks, including organizing personnel files and verifying HR-related invoices. The intern will also help create HR newsletters and participate in employer branding activities.

This internship is ideal for Bachelor students pursuing Business Administration, starting September 2026, with a monthly allowance of EUR 700.

Job description

HR Intern

You will join the HR Team which is responsible for all Human Resources activities of the LGE entities in the Netherlands being, the Benelux Sales and the EU Shared Service Center.

What you’ll do

• Organize and digitalize personnel files (scan) and other HR files
• Verify and Book HR related invoices in the system
• Be responsible for creating HR newsletters and contributing to other communication channels for employees
• Actively Engaged in LG's employer branding activities
• Support in organizing and promoting internal/external events
• Support other ad hoc tasks when requested

What you must have

• Currently studying as a Bachelor student in Business Administration or other related fields in the Netherlands
• Can start in September 2026 for 40 hour per week
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Communication skills with a positive attitude

Nice if you have

• Experience in using Canva, Microsoft Excel
• Can speak fluent Dutch language
