We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR & Admin Intern to join our HR team in Amsterdam.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across multiple functions, supporting the employee lifecycle while contributing to administration, recruitment and process improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with the HR&Admin team and gain exposure to an international and fast‑growing automotive company.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Support the HR team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Assist with employment contracts, addendums and other HR letters.
- Support invoice processing and follow up with suppliers when required.
- Assist with monthly HR reports and HR metrics.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems.
Recruitment
- Assist with job postings across different recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs and support candidate sourcing.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Employee Lifecycle
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and welcome materials.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
Office Administration Support
- Office Operations: Assist with the procurement, requisition, and inventory management of daily office supplies.
- Vehicle Management: Assist in the operation and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Meetings & Teambuilding: Assist with internal meetings, team‑building activities, and the reception and logistical support for client visits.
What we’re looking for
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Curricular or extracurricular internship available for 6 months.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Other language is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and international environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
