Job summary

Jobtailor in the Netherlands seeks an HR professional to own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will manage postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offers, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding.

You will advise on policies, support performance reviews, payroll data, and maintain BambooHR records. The role requires strong knowledge of Dutch labor law, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR practices.
• Experience in HR operations and employee relations.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
• Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
• Support conflict resolution and employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (BambooHR).
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR-related correspondence.
• Support the implementation and administration of performance review processes.
• Monitor completion of performance evaluations and follow-up actions.
• Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data and changes are communicated timely.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Update and implement employee handbooks, policies, and HR procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Good understanding of Dutch labor law and HR practices
• Relevant HR experience, with solid experience in HR operations and employee relations
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration within matrix organizational environments
• Be proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law is required
