It’s us. The original oat drink company. At Oatly, we’re on a mission to make it easier for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources. Simple as that.
As the world’s leading oat-based dairy alternative company, we’re helping drive the shift towards more plant-based consumption.
Sustainability, nutritional health and trust are at the heart of everything we do. We’re building a culture that challenges the status quo, supports positive change, and empowers people to make a difference.
Sounds exciting? Then we’d love to hear from you!

You will own the site’s quality and food safety management system, build a strong food safety culture, and set and drive the site’s quality and food safety strategy and roadmap together with the team.
But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.
In this role, you will report into the Site Manager and the location for this role is Vlissingen.
We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience within food safety and quality in the food industry, including experience leading a Quality team and managing quality management systems.
We think your oatsomeness is built on being detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused. You lead with clarity and integrity. You have problem-solving skills essential for identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions and you understand that success depends on the ability to work together to find innovative solutions.
Another bulleted list felt redundant, so we wrote this long sentence with all the ways we sweeten the deal to work with us: 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays), an awesome office (with amazing capp oatccinos and colleagues), cost free pension plan, bike plan, vitality allowance, tools to maintain mental and psychical wellbeing and many more.
Phew! Well done if you’ve got this far. We’ve got one last super important point to make.
As you can probably tell, we’re a norm-breaking company. For us, diversity and differences are an obvious asset. We know that amazing candidates can sometimes be put off applying for a job unless they can tick every box, and that makes us really sad. So please trust your gut and pop in your application if it’s feeling right. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, let’s do this together! It will be fun!
Last day of application: 16 th November.
