You will lead, coordinate, and reinforce policies, support senior management onboard, coordinate recognition programs, manage talent data, and maintain crew welfare presence according to approved policy.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coordinates and implements management and crew training.
• Reinforces crew-related policies and procedures.
• Maintains productive partnerships with onboard Senior Management.
• Leads employee recognition programs and service awards.
• Manages talent data and HR administration documents.
• Maintains crew welfare presence and policy compliance.
• Oversees promotions, succession planning, and cross training.
• Coordinates disciplinary warnings and fair hearings onboard.
