Applied Medical is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work across Europe, collaborating with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development in an international setting.

You will coach managers on performance processes and lead talent reviews while ensuring compliance with Spanish and Italian employment laws.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within an international environment
• Hands-on, proactive, solution-driven mindset
• Strong experience in performance management, employee engagement, and talent review processes
• Solid understanding of Spanish and Italian employment law
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Italian is considered an advantage

We are looking for an experienced and agile HR Business Partner who enjoys working in an international environment and making a real impact across multiple European countries. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues, partnering to align people strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
• Drive employee engagement by analyzing HR metrics and survey results to enable targeted actions that improve performance and employee experience
• Lead the performance management cycle, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and employee development
• Facilitate talent review and calibration forums, identifying high-potential talent and succession opportunities
• Advise managers on employee relations while ensuring compliance with Spanish and Italian employment legislation
• Support organizational design, workforce planning and change management
• Collaborate with HR teams to deliver strategic HR programs and ensure consistent implementation of people policies and best practices
• Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights that improve organizational performance and the employee experience

What you bring
