Job summary

ABN AMRO is seeking an experienced HR Business Developer/Analyst to drive HR Core processes, including personnel administration, benefits, wellbeing, mobility, and rewards. You will translate stakeholder requirements into practical solutions, work with SAP SuccessFactors, and support IT changes within the HR department in a hybrid Amsterdam-based role.

You’ll gather requirements, collaborate across HR and IT, and help optimize HR service delivery while guiding employees through the journey

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Developer in HR domain.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and lifecycle processes.
• Experience in an Agile Scrum DevOps environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and articulate requirements for HR Core functionalities with IT partners.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and SaaS suppliers to draft and refine processes.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support change risk assessments for upcoming modifications.
• Help manage IT changes within HR and assist with daily run operations.

• Collaborate with HR colleagues and SaaS suppliers to draft, analyze, and refine current processes.
• Maintain transparent communication and alignment with stakeholders and SaaS suppliers.
• Support change risk assessments for upcoming modifications.
• Play an active role in managing IT changes within the HR department.
• Assist with daily run operations, including addressing incoming questions from employees.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Developer within the HR domain
• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and HR service delivery.
• Experience working in an Agile scrum DevOps environment is a plus.
