Job summary

DP World is seeking an HR Business Analyst to support the HR Transformation programme across Europe, standardising, simplifying, and automating HR processes in a multi-country environment. You will partner with HR teams, stakeholders and leaders to assess current ways of working and design scalable processes that meet business and employee needs.

Travel to regional sites will be required to engage stakeholders, support activities, and drive successful implementation and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Experience analysing, documenting, and improving business processes within complex, multi-site, or international organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR systems, compliance requirements, and HR operational best practices.
  • Proven experience with change management and supporting the successful adoption of new systems, processes, or organisational changes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence across multiple teams, functions, and locations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, transformation teams, and business stakeholders across Europe to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct process reviews and fit-gap analyses to support the design of simplified, standardised, and automated HR solutions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, process maps, governance standards, and audit trails to support consistency and compliance.
  • Design and improve end-to-end HR processes that align with global standards while meeting local business and regulatory requirements.
  • Support change management initiatives to help drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across multiple locations.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective engagement, communication, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test script creation, execution, issue tracking, and results analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee and manager self-service capabilities and improve the overall user experience.
  • Contribute to training, implementation, and continuous improvement activities to support long-term programme success.

As an HR Business Analyst, you will play a key role in DP World\'s HR Transformation programme across Europe, supporting the standardisation, simplification, and automation of HR processes across a diverse and complex regional business environment.


Working closely with HR teams, project stakeholders, and business leaders across multiple European locations, you will help assess current ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement, and design scalable HR processes that support both business and employee needs. You will contribute to the implementation of a future-focused HR technology landscape while helping to shape a consistent and sustainable HR operating model across the region.


This role supports multiple countries and locations across Europe and requires a willingness to travel to regional sites as needed to engage stakeholders, support project activities, and drive successful implementation and adoption.



How You Will Contribute

What You Will Bring


  • Experience analysing, documenting, and improving business processes within complex, multi-site, or international organisations.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR systems, compliance requirements, and HR operational best practices.

  • Proven experience with change management and supporting the successful adoption of new systems, processes, or organisational changes.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence across multiple teams, functions, and locations.

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Visio for process mapping, documentation, and workflow design. Strong knowledge of Excel.

  • Experience supporting system implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, and deployment activities.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with business fluency English.
