Job summary

PREZIS in the Netherlands is seeking an HR Manager to lead recruitment and build HR foundations as the organization professionalizes. You will own end-to-end recruitment, set up onboarding, performance reviews, and core HR policies while partnering with leadership to forecast workforce needs and ensure Dutch labor law compliance.

Qualifications

• Multi-year HR experience in fast-growth environments.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical or specialist roles.
• Experience setting up HR processes with limited infrastructure.
• Structured, hands-on—able to build processes rather than just maintain them.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Preferred: defense/aerospace experience; regulatory awareness; international hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for PREZIS' growing team, across technical and commercial roles.
• Build a structured, repeatable hiring process: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into clear candidate profiles.
• Build PREZIS' employer brand and sourcing channels to attract specialized talent in a competitive market.
• Design and implement a structured performance review cycle.
• Set up core HR policies and processes - onboarding, leave, contracts - as PREZIS grows from scale-up to structured organization.
• Advise leadership on organizational structure and workforce planning.
• Make sure HR practices comply with Dutch labor law and relevant regulations.
